Mountain Pie with Fresh Fruit

 

4 oz. butter

1 Cup Sugar + ¼ Cup Sugar

1 Cup All-Purpose Flour

2 Cups Fresh Fruit

1-Cup Milk

1-Teaspoon Vanilla

1 ½ Teaspoons Baking Powder

½ Teaspoon Salt

Preheat oven to 350º.

  1. Melt butter in 2-quart ovenproof deep baking dish or casserole in oven. Remove when bubbling.
